Getting Started

To set up a Crestron Home system with Configure Pro:

To use legacy processors, the Crestron Home Setup app, or Crestron Home configurator, refer to the Legacy Crestron Home OS product manual.

  1. Plan your Crestron Home system using the provided design guidelines and list of supported devices. Refer to System Design.

  2. Install and set up Configure Pro. For details, refer to Initial Setup.

  3. Create the home by adding rooms and room groups. For details, refer to Rooms.

  4. Add all devices to the Crestron Home system. For details, refer to Devices.

  5. Configure media source routing. For details, refer to Routing.

  6. Set up lighting, media, shade, and climate scenes. For details, refer to Scenes.

  7. Create actions and events. For details, refer to Actions

  8. Set schedules. For details, refer to Schedules.
